Educational development

Outstanding education depends on highly engaged, staff, who reflect on the role of pedagogy, promote educational renewal and are open to new ideas and methods.

Students encounter an inspiring and challenging education and develop their skills and competencies in a secure environment which emphasises the importance of student's contribution to the  educational experience. Academic staff develop their careers through:

  • networking activities and courses in theory and practice of higher education organized by TUR
  • higher educational research under MINT
  • Outstanding contributions to education can be rewarded through promotion to the rank of Distinguished University Teacher
