When a successful career as an extreme sports athlete got an abrupt end due to an serious injury, Malin had to redefine what truly matters. She became an expert in motivational psychology and leadership and has an academic background in cognitive neuroscience, positive psychology and evidence based change management.
As a lecture and facilitator Malin work with SelfLeaders to inspire leaders and students worldwide, with clients like Spotify, H&M, Volvo and Cambridge University. Malin present new perspectives on what drives people to perform, be truly efficient and reach higher levels of cooperation. At SelfLeaders Malin is leading a movement to empower upcoming leaders in business to do the things that inspires them and the ability to build a sustainable future together.
During the seminar you will get a deeper understanding of your personal values and tools to better lead yourself and others to operate at your natural best.
